As of October 10, the Netherlands Antilles does not exist anymore as one country. Curacao and Sint Maarten become independent countries within the Kingdom, just like Aruba in the past. Bonaire, Sint Eustatius (Statia) and Saba become Duch municipalities (towns) of The Netherlands. As such, Dutch Telecom Laws become applicable and the Agentschap Telecom will be responsible for all regulatory telecommunication matters.
